The shoe is completely fine. The level of customer service that I received was absolutely terrible. I realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong size when I hit submit. I tried to look for a number to call but there was not one available online. I sent an email immediatly and was informed that they could not accept my request for an exchange since the item was final sale. I completely understand the policy, however, mistakes happen and you should have a phone number for people to call to speak to a live representative. I work with a lot of vendors and this was one of the worst experiences I have dealt with in my 20yrs of business. I will not recommend this site to my friends or customers.
