I ordered kid size 2 on 3 or 4 pairs of shoes. I would NEVER have selected toddler size 8. Something happened and I’m not sure if it was computer glitch or what, but when I received them I immediately could see they were way too small and checked my order confirmation. It showed toddler size 8. I contacted the company and asked if I could please exchange the shoes for the size I needed and I got an email back that said, No. Final sale. I wasn’t even trying to ask for a refund, I just wanted a size swap.

My 9-year-old loves these kicks. She said that they they help her express herself! We just bought them so can't comment on durability but hoping they will last!!
